We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Treasury team and drive our company's financial success. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing our Treasury strategy, optimizing cash and liquidity forecasting, and minimizing costs.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a multi-year Treasury strategy, including commodity, FX, and interest hedging, as well as policies, regulations, and risk mitigation measures.
  • Optimize short-term and long-term cash and liquidity forecasting to ensure the company's financial stability.
  • Drive initiatives to minimize costs, such as cash pool extension to Europe, bank fee and margin negotiations, and optimized IC cash flows.
  • Automate and modernize existing Treasury operations to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain strong communications with banks and other financial service providers to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Monitor debt covenant compliance and report obligations to ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Develop Treasury reporting dashboards and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions.
  • Lead and develop the Treasury team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Your Ideal Profile
  • 7+ years of experience in Treasury, Controlling, or Finance, or a similar leadership position.
  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or business.
  • Strong knowledge of cash management, financial analysis, Treasury risk management, and project management, including experience with Treasury tools and bank connectivity.
  • Experience with Financial Risk Management Instruments (FX hedging instruments, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • English language proficiency is a must; German is a plus.
