Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Expert to join our team at the Holcim EMEA Digital Center. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for driving the architecture and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, as well as integrating them with other systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet corporate architecture and infrastructure standards.
  • Review design documents and code to ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
  • Collaborate with business units to deliver solutions that meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and technologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7-8+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation and architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow coding and code review.
  • Working knowledge of ITSM, IT Business management, CMDB, ServiceNow discovery, Service portal, and Integrations product lines.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of web-based applications design and systems integrations experience.
  • Technical knowledge of Java, HTML, JavaScript, LDAP/Active Directory, Jelly scripting, Angular JS, and HTML.
  • 7-8+ years of relevant software development and/or engineering management experience.
  • Knowledge of best practices for the full software development lifecycle.
