About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Consultant to join our Product team at Clarivate. As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a critical role in working closely with our customers to implement our Drug Safety Triager (DST) software, a next-generation pharmacovigilance literature monitoring solution.

About You

  • You will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Implementation Consultant or in a similar role, with a strong background in pharmacovigilance or a related field.
  • You will possess a Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience, and have a proven track record of working closely with global customers on international projects with multiple teams.
  • You will have experience leading customer discussions to walk through requirements, conduct product demos, and provide solutions to customer problems.
  • You will have relevant project experience, working with project management, engineering, and quality assurance teams.

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Experience working in the life sciences industry, implementing processes and configurations related to pharmacovigilance or a related area.
  • Detail-oriented and a desire to become a product subject matter expert in the field of pharmacovigilance for medical literature monitoring.
  • Relevant experience working in a GxP or related environment with SOPs, change control, and work instructions.
  • Professional experience working with or supporting commercial software products.
  • Ability to manage several complex tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to plan and execute creative solutions to complex challenges, including advising on best practice approaches and integrations with the customer's systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create clear presentations and communications to a given audience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform product configuration based on customer requirements, including planning and executing solutions to complex challenges and first-time system integrations.
  • Work closely with product, sales, technology, development operations teams, and project management to deliver high-quality implementations.
  • Interpret and understand customer requirements and workflows and translate them into solutions that accelerate implementations.
  • Perform and document implementation tasks using defined procedures and systems.
  • Support customers during hyper-care after go-live to ensure successful implementation.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of overall process and procedures.
