Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Sales and Business Development to join our team at Connecting Experts. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to meet customer needs
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts and budgets to ensure accurate financial planning

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in the energy industry, with a focus on renewable energies (wind power, photovoltaics, BESS) and their market integration
  • Relevant contacts in the markets to potential offtakers, project developers, project sponsors, and banks
  • Experience in origination of power purchase agreements, including structuring and adaptation scenarios
  • Offtake Agreement Modelling experience with different kinds of PPA's
  • 5+ years of market experience in closing of Synthetic and Physical CPPA's in a similar leading position
  • Ability to lead contract negotiations and energy offtake structuring of PV, Wind, Storage power plants in different stages of development
