About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Valencia, Spain. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to our B2B customers through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities as a Technical Support Specialist will include:
- Providing timely and effective support to B2B customers via email, chat, and phone
- Collaborating with colleagues to continuously improve the customer experience
- Troubleshooting, innovation, and change management will be an integral part of your daily tasks
- Handling payment inquiries from sellers and buyers through various client platforms
- Ensuring excellent service to maintain a high overall company NPS on Trustpilot
- Flagging and escalating customer queries, and providing suitable solutions
- Mapping and improving business processes to enhance the customer journey and satisfaction
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in the Dutch language at a native speaking level and a C1 level in English
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- You should be proactive and solution-oriented
- You should be interested in working in an ambitious team
