Job Summary

As a Swa Senior Technical Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that Customer Support in the EMEA RCSC delivers the required service offering to both the local market and designated served countries. This position is responsible for hardware and/or software systems within any of the following product groups – RPD Corelab.

Main Responsibilities

  • Handling of customer and employee enquiries, via phone or in written form, and providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Identification and troubleshooting of complex issues, including hotlines support of field service colleagues.
  • Conducting and designing customer and employee training, including trainings for Roche systems.
  • Information and knowledge transfer, including identification, translation, and distribution of important Service and Quality Notifications.
  • On-site service activities, supporting field-based technical support and sales personnel, and business support to Sales and Marketing (BA).

Requirements
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in hardware and/or software systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues.
  • Fluency in English language.
