Job Title: Global Commodities Trader

The Role:

In this role, the candidate will be focused on destination marketing for feedstuffs in the region, identify trading opportunities in the market place, increase market participation by develop and retain customers in order to maximize contribution to support ADM global assets and Global Trade PnL.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for destination marketing of Feedstuffs in the region, retain and develop new customers
  • Control and manage of Feedstuffs PNL, Manage trading Position, operations, logistics, risk control and currency impact
  • Search, analyze and develop potential new business strategy
  • Communicating market developments and market/trading coordination to/with ADM teams both at local and global level
  • Communicating market developments and coordination to/with ADM teams both at local level and globally through analysis, support preparation of market reports
  • Follow execution processes for contracts and vessels with the execution team and Legal, including nominations, specs, documentation and payment, legal issues
  • Analysis, support preparation of market reports, Supply and Demand discussions, trade flows forecasts and estimate demand coverage, supporting in providing analysis of market data

Your Profile:

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Experience of 3-5 Years in Agro commodities trading, procurement and logistics
  • Knowledge of Cash Markets, Futures Markets, Currencies and Freights
  • Ability to avoid non-desired circumstances affecting the normal flow of business trades
  • Strong communication skills, bringing high energy and commitment, open to challenges and learning
  • University degree in economics, business administration, engineer, agronomy or similar
  • Fluent in English and Spanish is a must
