About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Global Commodities Trader to join our team at ADM. In this role, you will be responsible for destination marketing of Feedstuffs in the region, retaining and developing new customers, and controlling and managing Feedstuffs PNL, trading position, operations, logistics, risk control, and currency impact.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective destination marketing strategies to increase market participation and maximize contribution to support ADM global assets and Global Trade PnL.
- Search, analyze, and develop potential new business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Communicate market developments and market/trading coordination with ADM teams both at local and global levels.
- Analyze and support preparation of market reports, supply and demand discussions, trade flows forecasts, and estimate demand coverage.
Your Profile:
The successful candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in agro commodities trading, procurement, and logistics, with a strong understanding of cash markets, futures markets, currencies, and freights. They will also have excellent communication skills, be able to avoid non-desired circumstances affecting the normal flow of business trades, and be fluent in English and Spanish.
