**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Loan Operations Manager to join our team at Lri Invest. As a key member of our Loan Agency, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the periodic or one-off compliance by the borrower of all obligations and compulsory actions and milestones set forth in the financing agreements.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor and control the periodic or one-off compliance by the borrower of all obligations and compulsory actions and milestones set forth in the financing agreements;
- Support, supervise and train other junior members of the team;
- Closely manage and coordinate complex transactions;
- Set up new transactions using our Agency Management Monitoring Tool;
- Manage and coordinate our KYC requirements in respect of all lenders and borrowers for any new transaction;
- Manage and coordinate amendments or waiver processes until resolution;
- Ensure that client responsibilities are managed effectively and to agreed client, best practice, regulatory and statutory deadlines;
- Assist the lenders in the decision-making processes when such intermediation is required and, in general, in any consultation related to the Financing;
- Coordinate, manage and register the communications and issues raised among borrowers, lenders, obligors and advisers of the Financing;
- Coordinate, organize and participate in meetings and conference calls required by the day-to-day management of the Agency;
- Manage and coordinate loan transfers between existing and new incoming lenders;
- Manage ad hoc distributions;
- Coordinate the agency duties with the Loans Administration and Business Development department and support the activity of the Loans Administration department when required.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in loan operations and management;
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proficiency in Agency Management Monitoring Tool and other relevant software;
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
