As a Tech Lead - GenAI, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing the implementation of end-to-end AI solutions that drive business value and innovation.

You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to assess AI use cases and implement best practices for AI testing, deployment, and maintenance, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

This role involves guiding and mentoring team members to ensure the successful delivery of AI projects across DWS (Digital Workplace Services), fostering a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technical design and development of AI solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and technical standards.
  • Oversee the entire technical implementation of AI projects, from concept through to deployment, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Implement best practices for AI testing, deployment, and maintenance, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the team, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing, and promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to assess, prioritize, and explore new AI products and use cases, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategies.
  • Design AI solutions using frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, and promote and deploy AI products like Copilot 365 and MoveWorks across the organization.
  • Foster cross-team collaboration on generative AI (GenAI) projects and initiatives, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Regularly assess the performance and impact of AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and making data-driven decisions to drive business value.
About the Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in AI/ML development and deployment, with a strong understanding of AI frameworks and solution architecture.
  • Proven experience in leading AI projects from design to implementation, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design and optimize AI solutions.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across technical and non-technical teams, and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  • Knowledge of cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, and AI-related managed services, and experience in deploying and managing AI products like Copilot 365 and MoveWorks is a plus.
