We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Museum Coordinator - Occasional Days to support our team during weekends, special events, and school visits. As a key member of our museum team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional visitor experiences, managing museum facilities, and assisting with guided tours and activities.
Key Responsibilities- Public Attention: Greet visitors, provide information about the museum, and manage activity registrations.
- Museum Facility Management: Oversee the opening and closing of museum facilities, ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and furniture, and advise the maintenance team.
- Guided Tours and Activities: Conduct guided tours in Spanish and English, lead children's workshops and school visits, and coordinate special activities.
- Store: Welcome and assist customers, manage sales processes, and maintain store operations.
- Other Responsibilities: Provide support in other areas of the museum as required and assist the central team during events.
