Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Advisor to join our Group Legal team. As a key member of our team, you will provide legal support across all departments, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Your expertise will be invaluable in reviewing and drafting commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and other relevant legal documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Review and Drafting: Review and draft commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and other relevant legal documents.
  • Legal Advisory: Provide legal advice to internal departments on legal issues related to personnel and business operations.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as Human Resources and Finance, to ensure comprehensive management of legal matters.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and maintain internal policies and procedures that comply with laws and protect the company's interests.
  • Legal Risk Management: Identify and manage legal risks associated with staffing company activities.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company complies with applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Dispute Resolution: Participate in the resolution of legal disputes.
  • Internal Training: Provide internal training on legal issues relevant to staff and management.
  • Legal Audits: Conduct periodic legal audits to assess regulatory compliance and mitigate legal risks.
  • Internal Investigations: Conduct internal investigations in cases of policy violations or legal disputes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law.
  • 2-4+ years of private practice experience with a top-tier law firm or in-house experience in tech.
  • Focus on corporate, commercial, or finance law with an understanding of privacy law and corporate transactions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effectively conveying legal advice and collaborating with internal teams.
  • Strong attention to detail is crucial for reviewing contracts and ensuring legal accuracy.
  • Adherence to high ethical standards and professional conduct.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with the staffing industry, employment regulations, and labor market trends.
  • Experience in start-up.
