Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform.
- Evaluate and manage multiple customer solutions and projects effectively, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Understand the full extent of the solution, integration components, and how they fit into the Salesforce architecture.
- Ownership of all technical aspects of Salesforce, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, and 3rd party applications.
- Perform Salesforce declarative configuration and customization based on identified business requirements.
- Run Quality Assurance and Client Validation testing to verify that any new customization and feature works as intended.
- Ensure clear and open communication to understand and manage client needs and expectations.
- Design, build, and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions for the business using Salesforce and other connected technologies.
- At least 3 years of experience working with Salesforce on different platforms.
- Flows knowledge.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Excellent knowledge of the Salesforce platform to make adequate design decisions & propose solutions to requirements based on industry & technology best practices.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Mandatory: Current Salesforce Certifications such as Certified Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Service Cloud Consultant.
- Good to have: Dev 1 certification, Consumer goods, Experience cloud certification, Platform App builder and/or Pardot certification.
