Salesforce Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Consultant to join our team at Daikin Europe NV. As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing innovative IT solutions for our 7500+ colleagues across Europe & the Middle East.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop Salesforce solutions, particularly in Community, Field Service, Scheduling, Maintenance Contracts, and analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes and propose solutions that benefit all affiliates.
  • Coordinate collaboration with other departments and subcontractors, working closely with engineers to develop optimal technical designs.
  • Interview and collaborate with various business departments to identify IT needs.
  • Prepare budgets for the design and execution of IT solutions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Economy.
  • Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar roles, with experience as a Salesforce developer providing customization, development, enhancement, and support for CRM Applications.
  • Hands-on development experience with Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, and test class definitions.
