Job Title: Salesforce Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Consultant to join our team at Daikin Industries. As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing Salesforce solutions to meet the business needs of our organization.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce architecture, with experience in planning, organizing, and conducting development projects in an innovative and dynamic environment. You will work closely with our IT team to design and develop technical solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Instil best practices for development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements, and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules.
  • Communicate with business, understands the process, and proposes good solutions going to an global proposals for all the affiliates.
  • Coordinate the collaboration with other departments and subcontractors; work closely with engineers to architect and develop the best technical design and approach.
  • In order to identify the IT needs of an enterprise, you are expected to interview and collaborate with the different departments of business.
  • You are responsible for developing distributed system architecture and system integration.
  • It will be also part of your work to prepare budget for the design and execution of IT solutions.
  • You should ensure that technical and business components of the project are in harmony to meet the needs of the enterprise.
Requirements:
  • You must have a minimum of Bachelor ́s degree in Engineering, IT or Economy.
  • Experience in Agile and Scrum methodology in Project Management is a plus.
  • You should have at least 3-5 years of experience in similar roles, working experience as Salesforce developer providing customization, development, enhancement and support for CRM Applications.
  • Ideally knowledge in Field service, Interface (web-service, relay server).
  • Should have hands on development experience with Apex, Visual Force pages design, Triggers, test class definition...
  • Should have thorough understanding of configuration options
  • Other knowledges related to CRM tools, SAP integration is a plus.
