About the Role
As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in driving our mission to expand access to quality healthcare for more Filipinos by actively pursuing strategic opportunities and closing new accounts. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to continually improve user experiences and implement best-in-class strategies to ensure an unparalleled healthcare journey.

Responsibilities
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and pitching to negotiating and closing SME accounts.
• Build and nurture relationships with strategic partners to expand SMB reach.
• Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, as well as other health plans and processes in the market.
• Conduct regular industry and competitor analysis to maintain a competitive edge in our offerings.
• Gather customer feedback and contribute insights to product development.
• Assist in brand-building initiatives and engage in networking activities.
• Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure exceptional user experiences.

Qualifications
• At least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, ideally within a SaaS or tech startup environment (experience with companies like Maya, GCash, Xendit, PayMongo, KonsultaMD, Plentina, or First Circle is highly valued).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in sales or CRM platforms such as HubSpot is a plus.
• Creative, strategic, and proactive in identifying opportunities and problem-solving.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for business decisions.
• Open to recent graduates who are tech-savvy and resilient in fast-paced startup environments.
