Job Overview

This Sales Associate role plays a critical part in driving store sales and achieving sales goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in maximizing store sales and achieving sales goals through effective visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer engagement.
  • Monitor sales progress and results against key targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales.
  • Lead an environment of productivity by coaching and developing sales associates, promoting teamwork, and encouraging open communication.
  • Ensure excellence in customer service in the store by responding promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and providing personalized recommendations.
  • Monitor customer feedback and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Highest level of education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of related experience in retail sales or customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of standardized rules, procedures, and operations within a specialized field.
  • Ability to apply problem-solving skills, using common sense and experience to select the best option from a set of defined procedures/solutions.
  • Proficient written and verbal skills to respond to inquiries in a standard format.

Estimated Salary Range: $35,000 - $45,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience). Bonus Opportunities: Eligible employees may participate in bonus schemes based on individual and team performance.
Earnings Potential: Successful candidates can expect to earn up to $60,000+ per annum, including bonuses and incentives.
