Job Introduction

DAC Beachcroft LLP is seeking a skilled Solicitor to join its Claims Solutions Casualty Fraud team. This is an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic lawyers to build a rewarding career.

The Work

  • Defending and investigating exaggerated claims, fabricated claims, and staged accidents.
  • Conducting thorough analyses of evidence and interviewing witnesses.
  • Collaborating with experts and instructing the intelligence team to conduct investigations.
  • Considering sanctions, including recovery of costs, injunctions, and police referrals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Working on casualty fraud matters, handling a varied caseload of litigated work, primarily public liability and employers liability insurance claims.
  • Acting as a point of contact for clients, demonstrating a level of knowledge and skill commensurate with experience.
  • Exercising full compliance with client SLAs and DAC Beachcroft's internal protocols.
