Job Opportunity: Solicitor / Legal Counsel
DAC Beachcroft is seeking a skilled Solicitor to join our Claims Solutions Casualty Fraud team in a dynamic role.
The Role Includes:
- Defending and investigating exaggerated claims, fabricated claims, and organized fraud.
- Engaging with clients and interviewing witnesses to gather information.
- Analyzing evidence and consulting with experts to build a strong case.
- Coordinating with our intelligence team to conduct thorough investigations.
- Considering sanctions, including recovery of costs, injunctions, and police referrals.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Solicitor, you will work on casualty fraud matters, handling a varied caseload of litigated work, including public liability and employers liability insurance claims.
You will act as a point of contact for clients, demonstrating a level of knowledge and skill commensurate with experience, and exercise full compliance with client SLAs and internal protocols.
