Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our HR Consulting organization as an International Labor Relations Director. As a key leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our overall labor relations strategy across the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive labor relations strategy for the Americas, EMEA, and Asia regions, working in partnership with regional peers, team, and Geo HR leaders.
  • Collate and analyze market trends and external factors from each region to inform a proactive approach to labor relations, building knowledge and awareness across the HR function.
  • Develop principles for labor relations engagements, in alignment with Microsoft's overall perspectives on labor relations, and work with stakeholders to ensure implementation.
  • Make recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of our operating model to ensure productive and positive labor relations in our context.
  • Build and lead a Labor Relations Community of Practice, creating a network of Country Labor Relations Specialists accountable for delivering the Labor Relations strategy.
