We are looking for a People Experience Partner to join our team at Docplanner. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for partnering with our leadership to drive people-related initiatives and ensure that our company culture, values, and objectives reflect our best practices in HR.
This is a new opportunity where you will be empowered to accelerate your career growth, develop deep business acumen, and hone your strategic HR skills. You will oversee critical business areas, including Product and Engineering teams, and contribute to developing our Talent strategy.
The position can be based in Barcelona, Spain or Warsaw, Poland, and we are remote-friendly. You will have the opportunity to work on core PX global projects and initiatives, being the voice of Tech on projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with leaders at all levels on day-to-day management issues, organizational design, individual performance reviews, promotions, learning needs, and compensation strategies.
- Contribute to developing our Talent strategy and lead key initiatives such as performance management, mentoring, and career path development.
- Managing end-to-end the people process within your areas of responsibility.
- Supporting employees with daily inquiries from their onboarding to offboarding, providing guidance on learning and development opportunities, and supporting their career progression within the company.
What will help you succeed?
- You have significant experience with Human Resources processes or related.
- A depth of experience as HRBP including Organizational Development, Change Management, and Talent Management.
- You are numbers and data-oriented, connecting business needs & goals to relevant numbers and understanding the importance of measuring things.
- You speak advanced English.
