As a Business Analyst at Sibelco, you will translate business requirements into detailed function specifications and manage change requests.

You will be responsible for executing IT projects according to the Sibelco project management methodology.

This role requires working in the office two to three days a week as required and living within a commuting distance to the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform business requirement analysis to identify function specification needs
  • Identify the most appropriate solution based on requirement analysis
  • Contribute to project definition and initial cost assessment related to IT
  • Ensure key users remain first line of contact for larger business transformation programs
  • Raise awareness and knowledge of evolutions in IS/IT technology and promote opportunities for deployment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
  • At least 5 years of work experience in a similar role
  • Practical understanding of the industrial minerals industry
  • Expertise in current technology advancements and IT capabilities
  • A self-motivated team player with a proactive approach, analytical and able to work independently
  • Oral and written fluency in English and Spanish

The estimated salary for this position is around $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
