Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Kimpton Vividora Barcelona. As the friendly face of our hotel bar, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a personalized experience for each guest, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our beverage menu, including spirits, cocktails, and food offerings.
  • Prepare and serve drinks and food with precision and attention to detail.
  • Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with restaurant and kitchen colleagues to provide seamless food service.
  • Assess customer needs and preferences, making recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Process cash and credit card payments, accurately closing guest checks and settling voided items.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working in a hotel or bar as a bartender.
  • Fluency in the local language (Catalan) and English; additional languages are highly valued.
  • Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, empathetic, and team-oriented with a passion for service.
