Bartender - Hospitality Expert

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Kimpton Vividora Barcelona. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Experience: Create a warm welcome for every guest, setting the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our beverage selection, including spirits, cocktails, and food, to provide engaging and informative descriptions to guests.
- Bar Operations: Manage the bar area, ensuring it is well-stocked, clean, and maintained to the highest standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with restaurant and kitchen colleagues to provide seamless food service and ensure a positive experience for our guests.
- Customer Service: Assess customer needs and preferences, making recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Administrative Tasks: Process cash and credit card payments, settle voided checks or complimentary items, and maintain accurate records.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience working in a hotel or bar as a bartender.
- Language Skills: Fluency in the local language and English; additional languages are highly valued.
- Personal Qualities: Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, empathetic, and a team-worker with a passion for service.
