About the Position
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Application Specialist to join our team at Werfen. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing our customers with innovative solutions that meet their evolving needs.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide expert advisory services to customers to improve their laboratory organization and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Continuously engage with customers to provide product information, encourage cross-selling, and introduce new techniques that enhance cost efficiency.
- Coordinate installations and interact with various departments, including Logistics, Technical Service, Product Managers, and others.
- Maintain the training level of users of our analyzers and reagents and ensure proper documentation is in place.
- Monitor the service level offered by assigned departments and reduce the risk of complaints.
- Collaborate with the Key Account Manager and Business Unit to manage opportunities and risks.
- Manage tenders, including specification and profitability analysis, preparation of necessary documentation, and litigation support.
- Achieve sales and commercial targets established by the Company.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience Required for the Position
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- PhD / MD valuable
