About the Position

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Application Specialist to join our team at Werfen. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing our customers with innovative solutions that meet their evolving needs.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide expert advisory services to customers to improve their laboratory organization and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Continuously engage with customers to provide product information, encourage cross-selling, and introduce new techniques that enhance cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate installations and interact with various departments, including Logistics, Technical Service, Product Managers, and others.
  • Maintain the training level of users of our analyzers and reagents and ensure proper documentation is in place.
  • Monitor the service level offered by assigned departments and reduce the risk of complaints.
  • Collaborate with the Key Account Manager and Business Unit to manage opportunities and risks.
  • Manage tenders, including specification and profitability analysis, preparation of necessary documentation, and litigation support.
  • Achieve sales and commercial targets established by the Company.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience Required for the Position

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
