About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Application Specialist to join our team at Werfen. As a Sales Application Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing our customers with solutions that adapt to their changing needs, creating a relationship of trust that will bring value to the Company in the medium and long term.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer advisory services to improve laboratory organization and provide the best solutions considering customer needs.
  • Continued attention to the customer, providing product information, encouraging cross-selling and introducing new techniques, based on cost/efficiency.
  • Coordinate installations, interacting with different departments involved (Logistics, Technical Service, Product Managers,...)
  • Keep the training level of users of our analyzers and reagents and manage the appropriate documentation.
  • Check the service level offered by different departments of the Company assigned centers reducing the risk of complaints.
  • Work together with the KAM and Business Unit in the management of opportunities and risks.
  • Tender management (specification and profitability analysis, preparation of the necessary documentation, litigation support)
  • Achieve the sales and commercial targets established by the Company.
  • Fulfill the Ethics Code of Werfen Group.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience Required for the Position

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • PhD/MD valuable

Experience:

  • Experience in sales and/or marketing within the healthcare industry.
  • Experience in Autoimmunity

Additional Skills/Knowledge:

  • Comprehensive knowledge in life sciences: Immunology.
  • Language: Fluent English
