Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business requirements, technology trends, and industry best practices to inform the development of project portfolios and solution roadmaps.
- Ensure that our IT architectural governance is up-to-date by reviewing and approving all demands and changes, guaranteeing the accuracy of architecture-related data in our application-planning repository.
- Contribute to governance processes by providing direction for innovative technologies within our ServiceNow environment.
- Evaluate solution assessments in regards to ServiceNow demands and strategic projects, collaborating with the rest of the architects.
- Assist in making informed decisions based on a thorough understanding of how process or system changes may impact other processes, systems, or people, and encourage strategies for identifying shared objectives among multiple stakeholders.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in information technology or a comparable qualification.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow administration, development, and architecture, with expertise in ITSM, ITBM, HR Service Delivery, and SecOps skills.
- A proactive attitude that challenges the status quo, embraces a continuous improvement mindset, and demonstrates strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and coordinate with cross-functional international teams.
- Knowledge of architecture, integrations, automation, and security, with a focus on user experience and a customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills in English with a willingness to travel.
