About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial IT Platform Architect to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the architecture of our commerce, sales, and marketing platforms. You will work closely with our business teams to understand their needs and develop solutions that enhance sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and establish the commercial platform that meets business needs.
- Select the best technology stack for commercial capabilities based on Salesforce and best-of-breed solutions.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to developers, administrators, and architects.
- Align with SAP ERP, integration, and data analytics teams on the core integration framework.
- Apply guidelines for strategy application design and configuration principles to maintain the platform's quality and integrity.
- Create and update technical documentation for technology used in commerce, sales, and marketing solutions.
- Engage in solution design and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to development standards.
- Establish and coordinate release management and solution testing practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Proven experience as a commerce, sales, and marketing architect with focus on Salesforce technologies and integrations with SAP.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of data modeling, flows, and customization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience working in the pharmaceutical or fast-moving consumer goods industry is an advantage.
