Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Growth Consultant to join our team in the Leisure & Tourism sector. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for leading high-impact projects and providing strategic advice to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead high-impact projects in the Leisure & Tourism sector
- Present insights, results, and recommendations to clients' top management teams
- Interact with clients and colleagues worldwide
- Drive business development in new opportunity areas
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Five to seven years of experience in the consulting field or a strategy consulting firm
- Proven track record of managing top-line projects with successful results
- Strong analytical skills and eye for detail
- A conscientious and dynamic attitude
- Fluent English and Spanish (both written and spoken) and proficiency in MS Office
- Motivation to build high-performing teams
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a suite of health benefits, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for professional development.
