About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled English language B2B sales professional to join our dynamic team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a B2B sales representative, you will engage with business clients to drive growth and expand market share. Your role will involve understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and fostering long-term relationships.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through research and outbound activities
  • Present and demonstrate product solutions to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless delivery
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's growth
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems

Requirements:

  • Native level of Czech
  • Business fluency in English
  • EU passport or work permit for Portugal already held
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory

Salary Estimate:

The estimated annual salary range for this position is around €40,000 - €60,000 depending on qualifications and experience. With performance-based bonuses, your total compensation can reach up to €80,000 per year.
