About the Role
This exciting opportunity as a Genesys Cloud Technical Support Specialist has arisen within our Support department. We are seeking an exceptionally driven individual to join our team, playing an important role in driving change within the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Problem solving: Understanding customer needs and problems presented by customers and finding solutions using Genesys Cloud functionalities.
- Continuous improvement: Analyzing platform problems and proposing actions to avoid recurring technical issues.
- Communication: Working comfortably with users and conveying confidence in the work being done to customers in a clear, concise, and effective way.
- Configuration and administration of the Genesys Cloud environment for one of our customers.
- Ticket management: Following up, tracking, and ticket escalation within the customer ticketing tool.
- Manufacturer escalation if necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in Contact Center environments, especially those implemented on Genesys Cloud.
- Knowledge and experience with contact center technologies (Genesys Cloud) and ticketing tools (Remedy, ServiceNow).
- A degree in ICT (Computer Science, Telecommunications) or relevant experience.

We offer a competitive salary of around £40,000 per annum, plus benefits such as a pension scheme, remote/flexible work options, life insurance, private healthcare, and 25 days paid holiday per year.
