Opportunity Overview

Support the formulation and execution of the global marketing strategy for Carolina Herrera, ensuring growth through effective brand development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Plan Development

Gain comprehensive insights into brand performance across key markets to facilitate discussions with brand GPMs and MDs, assessing brand requirements. Monitor monthly wholesale performance of the brand in critical markets. Identify unmet market demands. Recognize potential discrepancies between the Marketing Plan and revenue targets. Assist brands in gathering specific market analyses or feedback on business challenges to aid in key marketing decisions (including promotions, point of sale, gift sets, etc.).

2. Communication and Coordination

Disseminate brand communications to markets regarding updates on marketing or launch plans. Ensure alignment and knowledge sharing with OMD by providing pertinent brand information. Conduct regular alignment meetings. Proactively engage with Marketing Directors in key markets to exchange relevant brand and market insights.

3. Operations-Focused Activities

Analyze forecasts: Participate in S&OP meetings and address market-related issues. CNP: Attend monthly tactical and strategic meetings with the supply team to ensure market needs align with launch schedules. Maintain product catalogues: Manage product lines by market and handle exceptions.

4. Insights and Best Practices

Compile Launch Brand Feedback reports: Consolidate individual reports into a comprehensive document. Facilitate cross-region knowledge sharing (best practices or special requests) among key markets and regions (Market Development). Be aware of specific regional needs (retailer profiles, legal restrictions).

Qualifications

Experience: At least 1 year in a similar operational marketing role, preferably within the perfumes, luxury, or cosmetics sectors.

Education: Master’s degree with a focus on Marketing, ideally in Luxury Management.

Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and English.
