About the Opportunity
Puig, a major player in the worldwide fashion and beauty industry, is seeking a Graduate Product Manager for the Carolina Herrera Makeup department.
The successful candidate will assist the team in developing future products and marketing plans for the brand, focusing on creating content for new projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in ideating concepts for new launches, including mood boards, concept research, names, packaging ideas, design, and more.
- Support teams during all steps of innovation development and coordinate the development of all support materials for successful launches.
- Set operational implementation in cooperation with all departments, including Trade, Merchandising, Training, Media, PR, and more.
- Creation of Marketing presentations for business meetings.
- Implementation and follow-up of content production for the different departments involved in Makeup.
- Elaboration of briefs for service providers, production companies, and external creative teams.
- Follow-up of the shootings from preparation to post-production.
Requirements
- Fluent in English.
- A creative person with a huge passion for the Beauty industry, and more specifically for Makeup.
- A special sensibility and taste, coupled with robust organizational abilities.
- Flexibility and quick responsiveness.
- University Degree or Master in Business School, specialization in Marketing or Design, Art.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position (as Intern/Apprentice).
- Fluent in English. Spanish would be a plus.
