Job Title: IT Specialist

Nayak Aircraft Services is seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to join our team in Barcelona, Spain.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks of the organization, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, identifying and resolving technical issues
  • Provide technical support to staff and clients, either remotely or in-person, to resolve system and application problems
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware or software faults
  • Replace parts as necessary and provide support for the rollout of new applications
  • Set up new user accounts and profiles, and deal with password issues
  • Respond to callouts within agreed time limits and work continuously on tasks until completion
  • Prioritize and manage multiple open cases simultaneously
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers and other professionals
  • Test and evaluate new technology and conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Windows Server environment, including Group Policy Management
  • Knowledge of Office 365 and Azure AD
  • Knowledge of WYSE/Citrix VDI environment
  • Business information technology and business systems engineering
  • Computer networking and hardware, computer science, and software engineering
  • Fluent Spanish and English, both spoken and written, compulsory; Italian a plus
  • Analytical thinking skills and ability to use initiative
  • Valid driving license and criminal record check
  • Right to live and work in Spain prior to application
