We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Data and Insights team as the Head of Global Data and Insights. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business value through data-driven insights and digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a high-performing global Data and Insights team, defining and delivering value-based insights from diverse data sources.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Data Officer and fellow leaders to drive business transformation enabled by data and digital solutions.
- Work with global digital and data business leaders, as well as functional leaders, to build a cohesive team delivering end-to-end solutions.
- Create tangible value through insights from data and related digital solutions, leveraging relevant competencies, modern tools, and technology.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and driving business value through data-driven insights.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with global leaders and teams.
