We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Dutch Speaking Customer Advisor to join our team at Eco Plus Solutions AB in Madrid. As a key player in our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our Dutch-speaking clients, providing professional and prompt assistance through various channels, and resolving client issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities- Client Interaction: Provide professional and prompt assistance to Dutch-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve client issues in a timely manner, ensuring all concerns are addressed to the client's satisfaction.
- Product Expertise: Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of our financial products and services to deliver accurate and helpful support.
- Effective Communication: Maintain a courteous and professional tone in all client communications, building strong relationships and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Accurate Documentation: Record detailed information about client interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our customer management system for accurate follow-up and tracking.
- Feedback Contribution: Share insights and feedback with management on recurring client issues and potential improvements to enhance our service quality.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to provide a seamless client experience and exchange best practices.
- Compliance: Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential, with good proficiency in English for internal communication.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not required. We are open to candidates with a strong willingness to learn and a customer-focused attitude.
