We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Jl Talent Partners. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service related to banking issues, account opening, access password locks, transfers, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service related to banking issues, account opening, access password locks, transfers, and other financial services
  • Manage back office tasks such as responding to customer inquiries and offering banking products
  • Comply with regulatory requirements and company policies to ensure transparency, service information, and client protection
  • Report and follow up on anomalies that arise in the application process
  • Meet quality standards and sales objectives defined by the company

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in one of the following languages: German or Dutch

  • Intermediate Spanish is a plus
  • Analytical capacity and ability to acquire new knowledge autonomously
  • Ability to walk customers through complex procedures from start to finish
  • EU Citizenship or Residence card
