Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Specialist to join our HR & Payroll team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining client payroll accounts, distributing workload, and reviewing payroll data. You will also be the main point of contact for clients, except for those requiring a higher job band contact.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records for clients
- Distribute workload among accounting officers and review their work
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving payroll-related issues
- Review and process payroll data, ensuring compliance with Spanish legislation
- Maintain electronic and paper records, including payroll input, instructions, and calculations
- Assist in the set-up and implementation of new clients
- Collaborate with the Payroll Team Leader and Supervisor on specific HR & Payroll projects
- Ensure timely invoicing and accurate recording of time writing
Requirements
- University degree in Business, HR, Accounting, or related disciplines
- 3-4 years of experience in payroll
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and medium-advanced level in English
