Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support/Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Mercury Systems. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring the highest quality of our products, and driving continuous improvement in our processes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Technical Support
  • Provide expert technical assistance to customers, resolving complex issues and ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and engineering, to identify and resolve technical issues.
Quality Assurance
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of quality procedures and processes.
Education and Experience
  • University degree in Science or Engineering (BA/BS).
  • At least 2 years of experience in Electronics manufacturing or repair, preferably in the Aviation, Space and Defense (ASD) industry.
  • English spoken and written.

Requirements

  • EASA Part 145 Certifying Staff Member (when authorized):
    • Shall have a minimum age of 21 years.
    • Have a minimum of 6 months relevant component maintenance experience in any consecutive 2-year period.
    • Are in possession of an appropriate aircraft maintenance licence or a personal authorisation that is valid for the period that the certification authorisation to be issued.
    • Have an adequate understanding of the relevant components to be maintained together with the associated organisation procedures.
    • Have an adequate understanding of the relevant MSI maintenance organisation procedures and Part 145 regulation to perform the duties of a certifying staff member as defined in the Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) 2.16.
