- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet quality and regulatory standards.

- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education: University degree in Science or Engineering (BA/BS)
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Electronics manufacturing or repair, preferably in the Aviation, Space and Defense (ASD) industry
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge of electronics and mechanical systems, excellent communication and problem-solving skills
