Program Quality Assurance Specialist

As the primary point of contact for Quality, you will ensure the effective communication and implementation of customer requirements throughout the company's operational processes. You will analyze and interpret product and service performance data to identify and prevent deviations, and take corrective action to mitigate and resolve quality issues. You will also participate in the deployment of preventive techniques and monitor the quality of project process execution.
You will actively support the implementation of quality management processes and procedures, and ensure adequate corrective actions are triggered when deviations occur. You will obtain evidence that processes and activities comply with customer requirements, and devise, negotiate, and implement product assurance plans throughout the duration of the program/project.
You will implement the internal phase review process, consolidate the technical risk register, and monitor the associated risk mitigation actions' implementation. You will also attest the conformity of the product with regards to contractual requirements and legal rules, and monitor the conformity & attestation status.
Finally, you will coordinate the resolution of customer Quality issues and provide feedback to avoid any future reoccurrence. If authorized, you will support the company's certifications and interfaces with external quality authorities.
KEY DELIVERABLES:
Product Assurance Plan, Non Conformance Analysis and Consolidated Action Plan including feedback, Technical Risk Register, Risk Mitigation Plan, End to End Product / Service Conformity, Attestation, APQP Key Business Deliverables such as Quality Plan Timing (when owner)
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
To demonstrate conformity to processes and requirements at Programme level to Customers and External Authorities (when authorized), to drive non-conformity management at Programme level.
