End-to-End Operations Quality Assurance Specialist for Rear Fuselage Empennage

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Airbus Operations in Getafe, Madrid. As a key member of our Quality Engineering Airframe team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of work ethics and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineering colleagues to ensure transnational and integrated quality assurance.
- Develop strategies, concepts, standards, and tools for engineering quality and continuous performance improvement.
- Ensure compliance with requirements, regulations, and approvals.
Required Skills:
- Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
- Quality fundamentals and engineering degree.
- Project management basics and customer focus.
- Self-motivation and autonomous work style.
- Stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in continuous improvement projects and digitalization.
