End-to-End Operations Quality Assurance Specialist for Rear Fuselage Empennage

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join Airbus Operations in Getafe, Madrid.
The selected candidate will be part of the Quality Engineering Airframe team, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of work ethics and driving change and improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Engineering colleagues to develop strategies, concepts, standards, and tools for Engineering Quality and Continuous Performance Improvement.
- Ensure compliance with requirements, regulations, and approvals.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Identify and mitigate potential quality risks.
Requirements:
- English fluency (written and spoken).
- Quality fundamentals.
- Engineering degree.
- Project management basics.
- Customer focus.
- Self-motivation and autonomy.
- Stakeholder management and ability to communicate with different profiles.
- Experience in continuous improvement projects and digitalization.
