Job Title: End-to-End Quality Assurance Specialist for Aircraft Components
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Airbus Operations. As a key member of our Quality Engineering Airframe department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of work ethics and driving change and improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our Engineering colleagues to develop strategies, concepts, standards, and tools for Engineering Quality and Continuous Performance Improvement.
- Ensure compliance with requirements, regulations, and approvals.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of work ethics.
Requirements:
- English fluency (written/spoken)
- Quality fundamentals
- Engineering degree
- Project management basics
- Customer focus
- Self-motivation & Autonomous
- Stakeholder management and ability to communicate with different profiles.
