- Team Development and Growth: Manage the team's professional growth, providing ongoing feedback and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Process Development and Collaboration: Develop processes with other teams in the analytics department, ensuring seamless collaboration and data standardization.
- Data Development and Documentation: Organize and manage the data development process, ensuring data standardization and documentation.
- Infrastructure Development: Collaborate with marketing analytics teams to develop and maintain data warehousing and analytics infrastructure.
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- People Management: 2+ years of experience in people management.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of Python programming language, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data sets.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven record of influencing senior leadership and driving organizational change.
- Project Management: Proven track record of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Statistical Analysis and Predictive Modeling: Expertise in statistical analysis techniques and predictive modeling.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. An advanced degree is highly preferred.
