About the Role:

Fusion Operations is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting into accounts to increase productivity of the Fusion sales team, identifying and qualifying prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Demand Generation, Fusion Operations Sales Manager, and Fusion Operations Account Executives to build a qualified pipeline of customers.
  • Cold call into targeted accounts and follow up on leads.
  • Identify target markets within Ideal Customer Profiles, develop lead lists, and prospect into those accounts.
  • Transition qualified opportunities to the appropriate Fusion Operations Account Executive.
  • Manage a database of leads in Salesforce, processing all opportunities, tracking, reporting, and maintaining them until they are established in the sales pipeline.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience qualifying net new business opportunities.
  • Previous experience making outbound calls and prospecting in a high volume inside sales environment.
  • Native-level proficiency in English (plus any other European language appreciated).
