About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Specialist to join our team in the Iberica region, covering Spain and Portugal. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for managing daily HR processes and implementing local and global HR initiatives in a temporary position.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage the labor legal process, from hire to retire, in collaboration with an external expert provider.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely monthly salary processing.
  3. Maintain HR information on the self-service portal and internal HR knowledge database (Workday).
  4. Contribute to improving local HR Support services and information.
  5. Manage learning needs for our people, including priorities definition, LMS administration, training plan, vendor management, and global initiative implementation.
  6. Lead initiatives focused on employee well-being.

Requirements
  1. Business Administration, Psychology, or Law degree (preferred) with HR specialization.
  2. At least 2-3 years' experience as an HR Generalist.
  3. Spanish and English speaker (Portuguese is a plus).
  4. The position is located in our offices in Alcobendas, Madrid.
