HR Specialist for Alfa Laval Iberica

Alfa Laval Iberica is seeking a skilled HR Specialist to join their team. As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing daily HR processes and implementing local and global HR initiatives.

About the Job

You will be part of the HR team for the Iberica region, Spain, and Portugal. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing labor legal processes, from hire to retire, in collaboration with external expert providers.
  2. Ensuring accurate and timely monthly salary processes.
  3. Maintaining HR information on the self-service portal and internal HR knowledge database (Workday).
  4. Improving local HR support services and information.
  5. Managing learning needs for employees, including priorities definition, LMS administration, training plans, vendor management, and global initiative implementation.
  6. Leading improvement initiatives focused on employee wellbeing.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field with HR specialization.
  2. At least 2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
  3. Proficiency in Spanish and English, with Portuguese being a plus.
  4. The position is located in our offices in Alcobendas, Madrid.
