About the Job

Alfa Laval Corporate AB is seeking a skilled HR Specialist to join our Iberica region team in Spain and Portugal. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for managing daily HR processes and implementing local and global HR initiatives in a temporary position.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage labor legal processes, from hire to retire, in collaboration with external expert providers.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly salary processing.
  • Maintain HR information on the self-service portal and internal HR knowledge database (Workday).
  • Contribute to improving local HR support services and information.
  • Manage learning needs for employees, including priorities definition, LMS administration, training plans, vendor management, and global initiative implementation.
  • Lead initiatives focused on employee well-being.

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
