**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team in the Iberica region. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing daily HR processes and implementing local and global HR initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the labor legal process, from hire to retire, in collaboration with external expert providers.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly salary processing.
  • Maintain HR information on the self-service portal and internal HR knowledge database (Workday).
  • Play a key role in improving local HR Support services and information.
  • Manage learning needs for our people, including priorities definition, LMS administration, training plan, vendor management, and global initiative implementation.
  • Lead improvement initiatives focused on employee well-being.

**Requirements**

  • Business Administration, Psychology, Law degree (preferred) or similar with HR specialization.
  • At least 2-3 years' experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Spanish and English speaker (Portuguese will be a plus).
